The Consultant will be a primary source of specialist knowledge on the business continuity products and services Office-Shadow delivers to its clients, supporting the business from the client engagement process to the delivery of commissioning, training, deployment and support services

Role

The Consultant will be a primary source of specialist knowledge on the business continuity products and services Office-Shadow delivers to its clients. The Consultant will support the business from the client engagement process to the delivery of commissioning, training, deployment and support services. 

The Consultant will manage and lead individual and group workshops, focused on software delivery, integration and the business continuity management requirements of clients. He/she will support, deliver and inform clients of developments in the solutions and be knowledgeable in current features designed to assist in helping the client succeed. He / she will assist in the ongoing design, development, maintenance, delivery and review of the product.

Delivery

The Consultant will develop and be able to provide a full understanding of the product suite to lead clients to successful projects meeting client-specific requirements. The Consultant will utilize interactive workshops, presentations and live software.  This role will require significant understanding of the discipline of business continuity as well as the sophisticated software suite, since the skills required to fully understand and deliver successful business continuity management deployments are challenging. 

Skills

The post holder will be experienced in business continuity and/or technical disaster recovery, with commercial understanding. A pre-sales background is a useful additional attribute.

The consultant will be able to articulate and demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and experience of helping clients with their business continuity programs specifically, but not exclusively, through software deployment.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate their ability to work both as part of a team and on their own with the minimum of supervision in delivering a high standard of consultative services that show attention to schedules, deadlines, budgets and quality of work. They shall have an ability to communicate with senior managers and directors both individually and in a group scenario

In addition the applicant will have a good understanding of common business practices and processes and must be qualified to work in the United Kingdom.  The role requires UK, European and some international travel.
