ICM is delighted to announce the acquisition of the UK business and certain assets of Office-Shadow Ltd, augmenting an already attractive portfolio of services with an award-winning business continuity planning tool, Shadow-Planner UK customers of Office Shadow will now enjoy being part of one of the leading providers of business continuity services, established for more than 20 years, having collected a string of industry awards along the way. For ICMs existing 2,000 customers it opens up a new and increasingly essential consulting service. With the addition of Shadow-Planner, ICM will now be able to engage throughout the business continuity support cycle, from early strategy and planning, through to testing and ultimately the provision of standby services and facilities from which customers can continue to operate in the event of them suffering a disaster.
